1. Services Provided
YDSOURCING (Chris) provides independent, on-site factory audits, supplier verifications, and quality control inspections in China. Our role is to act as your “eyes and ears” and provide an objective report based on the conditions observed at the time of the visit.
2. Nature of the Report
Our reports are based on the samples inspected and the information provided by the factory at the time of our visit. While we strive for 100% accuracy, our inspection does not guarantee that the entire batch is defect-free, nor does it relieve the manufacturer of their contractual quality obligations to you.
3. Ethical Standards (No Kickbacks)
We maintain a strict Zero-Kickback Policy. We do not accept commissions, gifts, or “tea money” from factories. We represent the Buyer’s interests exclusively. Any attempt by a factory to bribe our inspectors will be reported to the client immediately.
4. Liability Disclaimer
YDSOURCING is a service provider, not a product insurer. We are not responsible for hidden defects that could not be detected during a standard visual inspection or for any business losses resulting from the supplier’s ultimate failure to perform. All final purchasing decisions rest with the Client.
5. Payment Terms
Fees for inspection services must be settled according to the agreed-upon quote before the final PDF report is released, unless otherwise specified in writing.
6. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit. If our inspector is already on-site or in transit, travel expenses and a partial service fee may apply.
